By accessing or using Skrrl ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by AMILLI AI, Corp ("we," "us," or "AMILLI AI"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Skrrl, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. AMILLI AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
You retain ownership of content you post on Skrrl ("User Content"). By posting, you grant AMILLI AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with operating the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license. AMILLI AI does not endorse any User Content and expressly disclaims any liability arising from User Content posted by users.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity. You agree not to use the Service for spam, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or any commercial solicitation without prior written consent from AMILLI AI. Violation of our Content Policy may result in immediate account termination.
Skrrl offers paid subscription tiers ("Voice" at $8/month and "Loud" at $19.99/month) processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. AMILLI AI reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Loud tier includes a tip jar feature allowing readers to send payments to creators. AMILLI AI processes tips through Stripe and deducts applicable payment processing fees. AMILLI AI is not responsible for disputes between tippers and creators. All tip transactions are final.
The Skrrl name, logo, and all associated intellectual property are owned by AMILLI AI, Corp. All technology, design, and software underlying the Service are proprietary to AMILLI AI, Corp. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use AMILLI AI's intellectual property without prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AMILLI AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMILLI AI, CORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY USER CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL AMILLI AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AMILLI AI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMILLI AI, Corp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
