We collect information you provide directly: email address, username, password (encrypted), bio, and any content you post. We collect usage data: pages visited, features used, and interaction data. We collect payment information through Stripe — we do not store full payment card details. We collect device and browser information for security and performance purposes.
We use your information to operate and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts), respond to support requests, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models.
We share your information with Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database hosting, and Resend for transactional email delivery. All third-party service providers are bound by data processing agreements. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of AMILLI AI, Corp and its users.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Posts you delete are removed from public view immediately but may remain in backups for up to 30 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing privacy@skrrl.com.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You have the right to export your data. You have the right to opt out of non-essential communications. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser but this may affect functionality.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), encrypted password storage, and access controls. No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
